After making an appointment in Google Calendar, you will receive a booking confirmation email, as well as a follow-up email with more information, an agreement, payment instructions and additional details.
To book a winter property check-in fill in this google form and I will follow up to schedule.

Regular weekly or monthly check-ins during the winter months to monitor the property’s condition. Each visit includes an inspection of interior and exterior of property (heating systems, roof integrity, and checks for weather-related damages etc.). A brief report with photos is provided after each visit.

Photos using thermal camera to show where heat loss may occur in your home. Shows where your home may lack insulation. Can be an effective solution to reduce heating costs.
Service is best done in winter months or when AC is running.
